Self-love

Nobody is born with limitless self-confidence. If someone seems to have incredible self-confidence, it’s because they have worked on it for a long time.

Growing up, I struggled with low self-esteem, thinking I wasn’t enough. Now that I am older, I sometimes still have my doubts. Can I finish this website being a non-tech person? Will people read what I write? I think that when you have self-love, you have confidence. It doesn’t matter so much what people think, you do it for yourself. Self-confidence is something that you continually learn to build up because of the challenging world of life, work, and social pressure can deflate it.

The difference between self-esteem (whether you believe you’re worthy of respect from others) and self-confidence (whether you believe in yourself) are very similar. You can become someone worthy of respect and someone who can pursue what she wants despite the negative views from others.

Do this by taking control of your life and taking control of your self-confidence. By taking concrete actions that improve your self-image, your competence, you can increase that self-confidence on your own.

This Self-esteem workbook will help you realize the things you do well, to take care of your mind, body and spirit, be grateful for all you have, and recognize the things that cause you to stress.

Plus, there are 32 daily affirmations to remind yourself how wonderful you are!
